The gap

Everyone's adopting AI. Almost no one can prove they're ready.

In Saudi Arabia, Vision 2030 has turned AI readiness into a board-level expectation — yet most pilots still die at the last mile, beaten not by the model but by messy data, broken processes, and people who never adopted it.

The consultants

Measure, then leave

A maturity score in a slide deck, delivered and forgotten — with nothing built and nobody trained.

The vendors

Build demos that don't land

Models that work in a sandbox but never reach daily operations, because no one fixed the data, the process, or the standard.

The wedyan method

We make readiness measurable — then we make it real.

1

Assess

Score your readiness against a national-grade standard — on evidence, 0–5 across every axis.

2

Prepare

Make your data AI-ready: clean, governed, structured. The foundation it all stands on.

3

Build

Develop the custom AI tools that bridge your hardest process gaps.

4

Adopt

Manage the change so AI gets used, not shelved. We engineer for the last mile.

5

Track

Watch your maturity climb over time on Masar, our live platform.

What we measure

Seven dimensions, scored 0 to 5.

AI doesn't fail in one place. We score you across the seven dimensions that decide whether it sticks — each on evidence, each on the same ladder.

Strategy

Is there a funded AI strategy tied to business goals — with an owner and a roadmap?

Governance

Do your policies for risk, ethics, and accountability exist — and actually bite?

Data

Is your data available, clean, governed, and ready to build on?

Infrastructure

Do you have the compute, platforms, and MLOps to run AI in production?

Human Capabilities

Do teams have the skills — and does AI literacy reach beyond the specialists?

Applications

Are use cases live in daily operations, or stuck in the sandbox?

The Impact

Can you measure the value AI creates — and is it reaching the business?

One overall score0–5, rolled up from all seven
0Lack of capabilities
1Construction
2Activation
3Empowerment
4Excellence
5Leadership

The same 0–5 ladder for every dimension — and a level is only yours when the evidence backs it.

Who we serve

One promise, three doors.

Government & public sector

A score you can defend

An evidence-based readiness picture aligned with national direction — governed, auditable, and on your soil.

Mid-market & SMEs

A practical first win

A clear read on where you stand and a roadmap that starts with one result you can feel — not a six-figure science project.

Startups & scaleups

AI as a moat

A data-ready foundation and AI built into your product fast — so it becomes your advantage, not your tech debt.

Why wedyan

Structure meets practice.

Evidence, not opinion

Every level is earned with coded evidence — auditable and reproducible, not a consultant's gut feel.

National-grade standard

Built on the structure of Saudi's national AI framework — the language boards and Vision 2030 recognize.

We advise and build

No hand-off gap. We assess, prepare the data, and build the tools the assessment reveals.

Adoption over installation

We engineer for the last mile — change management built in, so AI gets used, not shelved.

Questions

Straight answers.

How long does an assessment take?

Typically two to four weeks, depending on your size and how quickly we can see the evidence. You get the scored report and roadmap at the end — not months later.

Is this an official SDAIA assessment?

No. Our model is our own, built on the structure of Saudi's national AI framework — we don't claim official endorsement. What we bring is that structure's rigour plus the hands to act on the result.

Where does our data stay?

With you. We assess on your infrastructure and keep everything in the Kingdom by default. Scoring your readiness never means handing us custody of your data.

Do you only assess, or also build?

Both — that's the point. We prepare your data and build the AI tools the assessment reveals, then help your people adopt them. No hand-off gap between the diagnosis and the cure.

What if we score low?

Good — now you know. A low score isn't a verdict, it's a starting line with a clear next step. Most organizations sit lower than they think; the ones that climb started by being honest.
